The long awaited CD with all the original songs that Tuniko got us used to is out now.
And what a trip it has been. Getting all the pieces of the puzzle together into what culminated as a diversely rich album was not an easy feat. Between musicians that span at least two continents, and with influences from samba, jazz fusion, funk and everything in between, “Karoço” shares a story of many years in the making.
With already more music in the making, and in between other recording projects, “Karoço” is unequivocally a solid landmark into today’s contemporary music, and it is the first step into a legacy of musicality that has been brewing for years and that will continue to create emotions with the deliciousness we have now gotten accustomed to.
